Changing your plan is simple and there are no penalties. This article explains how tier changes work and when they take effect.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you want to add more platforms, more clips, or access features like the quarterly filming session, you can upgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
To upgrade, email Contact Us and let us know which tier you'd like to move to. We'll confirm the change, update your billing, and brief the production team on your new scope before your next cycle begins.
Downgrading Your Plan
If you need to scale back, you can downgrade to a lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of the billing cycle after next — meaning you'll have one full billing cycle at your current tier before the change takes effect. This notice period ensures there's no disruption to your current month's content schedule.
To downgrade, email Contact Us with your request and the tier you'd like to move to. We'll confirm and note the effective date.
Cancelling Entirely
To cancel your service completely, provide 30 days written notice via email to Contact Us. Your service will continue through the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
What Changes When You Switch Tiers
When you change tiers, your clip volume, platform coverage, and included features adjust to match the new tier. Your brand template, content library, and account access remain intact — only the service scope changes. If you upgrade from Presence to Growth, for example, we'll begin distributing to all 6 primary platforms and add the 4 secondary platforms as of your new cycle's start date.
