Your monthly invoice is straightforward. This article walks through what each line item means and answers the most common billing questions.

Monthly Service Fee

Your primary charge is your monthly plan fee — either $397 (Presence), $797 (Growth), or $1,497 (Authority). This is billed on the same calendar date each month. The fee covers all services included in your tier as described in your service agreement.

One-Time Onboarding Fee

The $297 onboarding fee appears on your first invoice only. It covers your account audit, brand template setup, content intake briefing, and onboarding call. This is a one-time charge and will not appear on subsequent invoices.

Add-On Services

If you've requested any add-on services during the month (additional filming sessions, custom edits, rush delivery, etc.), these appear as separate line items on your invoice. Each add-on shows the service name, date, and cost. Add-ons are only billed if they were agreed to in writing before the work was completed.

Important: We never add charges to your invoice without prior written agreement. If you see a charge you don't recognize, email Contact Us and we'll clarify it within one business day.

Payment Timing

Invoices are issued on the same date each month. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within 14 days, services may be paused until the balance is settled.

Changing Your Payment Method

To update your payment method, email Contact Us. We'll send a secure payment link to update your card or banking information. We do not store full card numbers on our systems — all payment processing is handled by our secure payment processor.
