You just signed up with Prosada. Now what? We know the uncertainty of "I just paid for something and I'm not sure what happens next" is uncomfortable. So here's a transparent, step-by-step look at your first 48 hours with us — and exactly when you'll see your first posts go live.
Hour 0: You Sign Up
The moment you complete the intake form on our site and choose your plan, a few things happen immediately on our end:
- Your account is created in our system
- A dedicated content strategist is assigned to your account
- You receive a welcome email with next steps and your content strategist's name
That email lands within 30 minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us directly at Contact Us.
Hours 1–4: The Welcome Call
Your content strategist will reach out to schedule a quick onboarding call — usually 15–20 minutes. This is the only call you'll ever need to take with us (though you're always welcome to more). During this call, we'll cover:
What's the tone and feel you want? Professional? Warm and approachable? Raw and artistic? We'll match it.
We'll set up a shared folder (Google Drive or Dropbox — your choice) where you drop photos, videos, and any material you want us to use.
We'll walk you through granting us posting access to your social accounts. This is done securely through each platform's built-in permissions — we never ask for your password.
We'll ask you to drop your first batch of content into the shared folder. Photos from your phone, studio shots, works in progress — anything you have. Don't overthink it.
Hours 4–24: We Get to Work
While you go back to doing what you do best, our team is building your content pipeline. We're reviewing every piece of content you shared, identifying which platforms each piece is best suited for, writing captions in your voice, and creating a posting schedule tailored to when your specific audience is most active.
We also optimize your profiles if needed — bio copy, profile photos, highlight covers, and link structure. Many clients are surprised by how much of a difference these small tweaks make.
Day 2–3: First Posts Go Live
Within 48 hours of your onboarding call (often sooner), your first posts go live. You'll get a heads-up email that morning so you can watch them appear in real time if you want — but you don't have to. From this point forward, we're posting daily, on every platform included in your plan.
You won't need to approve posts before they go live. We explain why in our article Why We Post Without Your Approval Every Time. The short version: speed and consistency matter more than perfection, and our system is designed to keep your quality high without creating a bottleneck.
After Week 1: Your First Check-in
One week in, your content strategist sends a brief email update: what's been posted, early engagement numbers, and any adjustments we're making. This isn't a formal report — just a quick "here's how things are going." Your full monthly report arrives at the end of your first 30 days.
