Getting content to our team is the easiest part of working with Prosada. This article explains exactly what to send, how to send it, and what happens after it arrives.
Your Shared Folder
During onboarding, we set up a shared cloud folder (Google Drive or Dropbox) specifically for you. This is your single drop point for all raw content. No emails, no file transfer services, no guesswork. Just drop it in the folder.
What to Send Us
Send us anything you've captured — we work with whatever you have:
- Short video clips — iPhone or Android footage, studio walkthroughs, event clips, process videos
- Long-form video — YouTube videos, interviews, livestream recordings, presentations
- Photos — finished artwork, behind-the-scenes shots, event photography
- Voice memos or audio notes — great for artists who want to narrate their process
- Written notes or context — a quick text doc explaining what a video is about helps us caption it better
File Naming
You don't need a strict naming convention, but a quick note about the content is helpful. For example: "studio-visit-march.mp4" or "finished-painting-timelapse.mov" helps our team understand the content before they open it.
Minimum Monthly Requirement
To keep your posting schedule full, we need at least 20 minutes of usable raw material each month. This doesn't mean 20 minutes of polished video — it means 20 minutes of anything we can clip, crop, or caption. One long studio walkthrough usually covers this completely.
When to Send It
We recommend dropping new content into your folder by the 15th of each month. This gives our team time to process, edit, and schedule before your next month's calendar fills up. If you send content earlier, we start earlier. There's no hard deadline — just a rhythm that works.
After You Drop It
Once content is in your folder, our team takes it from there. We'll process it within 3–5 business days, create your clips, write captions, and add it to your scheduling queue. You'll see it reflected in your next Monthly Momentum Report.
