Your brand profile is how we make sure every piece of content we publish looks and sounds like you. We set it up during onboarding, but this article explains what's included and how to update it over time.
What Your Brand Profile Includes
During your onboarding session, we build a brand template that captures:
- Visual identity — your logo, primary colors, and any watermark or overlay style we apply to clips
- Typography — preferred caption fonts and text treatments (where platform permissions allow)
- Tone of voice — are you formal or conversational? Do you use humor? Do you speak directly to collectors, clients, or a general audience?
- Platform handles — your exact usernames across all platforms so tags are always correct
- Content restrictions — anything you never want posted, topics to avoid, or visual styles that don't match your brand
How We Apply It
Every clip we create is checked against your brand profile before it goes into the scheduling queue. Captions are written in your voice. Overlays use your colors. Hashtags reflect your niche and audience. Nothing generic — everything customized to you.
Updating Your Brand Profile
Your brand profile isn't locked after onboarding. If your visual identity evolves, you launch a new body of work, or you want to shift your tone, email Contact Us and we'll update it before the next production cycle. There's no charge for profile updates — it's part of keeping your content accurate and current.
What Happens If We're Not Sure?
On rare occasions our team will encounter footage that doesn't have a clear context or doesn't fit neatly into your brand profile. In those cases, we'll flag it in your Monthly Momentum Report rather than guessing. You can clarify and we'll include it in the next cycle.
