What Can Be Updated
Everything in your brand profile can be updated:
- Logo or wordmark
- Color palette and accent colors used in caption overlays
- Watermark or lower-third treatment on clips
- Caption tone and voice notes
- Content restrictions or topics to avoid
- Hashtag sets and keyword lists
- Social media handles (if you change usernames)
How to Request an Update
Email Contact Us with the specific change you'd like to make. For visual updates (logo, colors), attach the new files. For tone or voice updates, a few sentences describing the shift is enough — we'll ask clarifying questions if needed.
Is There a Charge for Updates?
No. Brand profile updates are part of maintaining your service and are included at no additional cost. The only exception would be if a brand overhaul requires us to re-edit a significant volume of already-produced content — in that case, we'd discuss scope and cost with you before proceeding.
