Our goal is to make cancellation simple and clear. This article explains our complete cancellation and refund policy.
How to Cancel
To cancel your Prosada service, send a written cancellation notice to Contact Us. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Your 30-day notice period begins on the date we receive and acknowledge your written notice.
What Happens During the Notice Period
Service continues normally throughout your 30-day notice period. Clips are created and published on your regular schedule. Your Monthly Momentum Report for that period will still be delivered on its normal date.
After Cancellation
After your service ends, we'll remove our scheduling access from your social media accounts within 5 business days. Your content library and brand template are retained by Prosada for 90 days in case you return. After 90 days, your files are securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Refund Policy
- Onboarding fee: Non-refundable once the onboarding session has taken place
- Monthly service fees: No refunds for partial months already paid
- Add-on services: No refunds once work has been completed and delivered
- Unused service months: If you pay for a full month and cancel before its end, service continues through the end of that month — no credit or refund is issued for unused days
