About This Role
The Performance Specialist turns analytics into strategy. You review what the platforms are telling us about each client's content, identify what's working, and translate that into clear recommendations for the team and the client.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and compile platform analytics for all active clients monthly
- Analyze reach, engagement, view duration, and audience growth trends
- Identify top-performing content formats, topics, and posting times
- Produce the monthly Momentum Report for each client
- Flag underperforming accounts or content patterns to the strategist
- Track lead and conversion activity where applicable
- Build client-facing performance dashboards or summaries
- Present findings in a way that is clear and actionable for non-technical clients
