About This Role

The Content Strategist is the brain behind the content plan. You watch the footage, understand the audience, and tell the team which moments are worth amplifying. You think about hooks, narratives, and what makes someone stop scrolling.

What You'll Do

  • Review client long-form video and identify strong clip opportunities
  • Build monthly content themes and posting cadences for each client
  • Advise clients on what type of content to record and why
  • Plan platform-specific strategies tailored to each client's audience
  • Optimize content plans for reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Analyze monthly performance data and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes and trending content formats
  • Brief editors on what to cut and what to emphasize
