About This Role
Client Success is the most important relationship role at Prosada. You are the reason clients stay. You understand their goals, gather their assets, answer their questions, and make them feel like they have a team behind them — because they do.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned roster of clients
- Conduct client onboarding calls and strategy alignment sessions
- Gather content assets each month and coordinate with production
- Handle revision requests, questions, and concerns promptly
- Conduct monthly check-in calls to review performance and plan ahead
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed
- Maintain high client retention through proactive communication
