About This Role

Business Development at Prosada is relationship-first. You are out in the community — attending gallery openings, creative events, and business mixers — and you know how to have a real conversation that leads to a real partnership.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue prospective clients in the Twin Cities creative and small business community
  • Conduct outreach via email, social media, events, and referral networks
  • Attend local events such as Northrup King Building open studios and Twin Cities arts gatherings
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to each prospect
  • Follow up consistently and move prospects through the pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships
  • Close new accounts and hand off cleanly to Client Success
